Daniel is the President and Owner of MarrCon Development Corp., and is a licensed General Contractor in Nassau, Suffolk and NYC counties. He has nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry and has been responsible for the management and construction process—from start to finish—for multiple construction projects in New York City and Long Island. Prior to MarrCon, Daniel was a Project Manager with Turner Construction Company for over nine years, providing construction management services to various owners on residential and commercial projects in New York City. He has a BS degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA (2007).

Dino is the CFO of MarrCon Development Corp., managing finance, accounting, project management, and administration. Joining MarrCon in 2020, he previously served as Senior Manager at Crowe LLP, gaining 10 years of experience in audit and consulting for financial services. Prior to Crowe, he worked at Greystone & Co., Inc. for five years, where he provided commercial real estate management and accounting services to clients, including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and NJ Transit. A Certified Public Accountant in New York and NYSSCPA member, Dino earned a BS in Accounting from SUNY Plattsburgh (2006). He is also a licensed real estate agent with Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Anthony is a Project Manager at Marrcon Development Corp. and works with engineers and architects to develop seamless construction plans for Marrcon projects. He creates schedules and construction estimates for bidding to ensure all projects stay on budget and on time. He negotiates sub-contractor agreements and oversees insurance, progress reports, material delivery schedules, risk management, and regulation compliance. On each Marrcon project, Anthony plans and organizes all work to be done by assembling and designating the proper personnel and assigning their duties.

Prior to joining Marrcon, Anthony was an Assistant Superintendent for CMA Construction Management LLC in Manhattan and was a Financial Advisor for Prudential. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Connecticut State University.

Greg White brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction to his role as Construction Supervisor at Marrcon Development. Born and raised on the North Fork of Long Island, Greg has cultivated a deep understanding of the local architectural landscape and craftsmanship. Starting his career as a carpenter, he steadily advanced to become a foreman, mastering every trade involved in building luxury homes. His comprehensive expertise ensures projects are executed with precision and attention to detail. Outside of work, Greg channels his passion for woodworking into creating everything from intricate wooden boxes to custom furniture and elaborate wood floor inlays. His dedication to craftsmanship and his commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to every project he undertakes.

Darcee is the Operations Coordinator at MarrCon Development Corp., overseeing project scheduling, status tracking, invoicing, and client communications. She joined MarrCon with a background in business administration and additional experience in interior design, bringing both operational expertise and a creative perspective to the team. Prior to her current role, Darcee supported project and administrative functions across various industries, building a strong foundation in organization and client service. Her combined skills in logistics and design contribute to the smooth execution of MarrCon’s residential and commercial projects. Darcee holds a degree in Business Administration and maintains a strong interest in design and aesthetics.
